Angry Bees Honey
Angry Bees Honey
Raw honey that is unheated, unpasteurized, and unprocessed.
We harvest and bottle our honey every couple of weeks in July, August and September. We leave enough honey for the bees, keep enough for ourselves for the year, and then sell the rest to family and friends. We usually do not have honey leftover after September....
Our honey is unheated, unpasteurized, and unprocessed. We put it through a sieve to take the wax and small particles out, but the honey is completely untreated. Raw honey has excellent antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti fungal properties.
Our honey is sold in various sizes, but two main forms: in plastic honey bears (very friendly for everyday use and kids!) and glass jars. At home we use the bears for everyday use and then re-fill the bears with the glass jars. Occasionally dad has been seen to spoon out honey from the glass jar though :)
