Local Pickup Free local pickup is available in Petersburg, Ontario. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup instructions. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.
Local Delivery We offer local delivery within the Waterloo Region (including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas). Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days of being placed. A delivery fee applies and is calculated at checkout.
Shipping Within Canada We ship across Canada via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Our Pricing Philosophy We believe in honest, transparent pricing — what you see is what you pay. We don't inflate our product prices to hide shipping costs. Shipping is charged separately and calculated fairly at checkout, so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (harvest time, holidays), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!
Packaging We package all products carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our honey and beeswax products are packed to prevent leaks and breakage.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@angrybees.ca and we'll make it right.
