Jerusalem Artichoke / Sunchoke

Nahodka a Russian variety is late maturing and tall growing. The tubers are more elongated than other varieties and produces a nice set.

1 lb is about 4-8 tubers, larger tubers can be divided similar to potatoes. should give 8-10 plants.

Will be shipped in April-May after the ground thaws. Only ships inside Canada.

Sunchokes must be planted or stored in moist soil as soon as you receive them. They are safe to plant anytime as they will come up once the soil is warm enough. Sunchokes will not keep long term like potatoes, they will die.
